Fixes:
This firmware corrects USB enumeration issues that may cause the 1180 device:
1. To cause a system to hang on post
2. To appear in Device Manager with a yellow bang
3. To not be detected after boot to the desktop
4. To appear in Device Manager as an unknown USB device
